The sun blossoms golden in the early evening glow. Underneath its vibrant rays are rolling hills, cast with darkness as the fiery sphere retreats from sight. This wild home holds the past, present, and potential. The view of the sky over the sea from the mountains shows pink pastels, yellows, greens, and a deepening shade of blue. In the car there’s a low rumble as it climbs upwards, slowing around curves until it makes a dusty stop in the warm summer night. Our laughter is drowned out by the vast space around us and our smiles are shaped like crescents under the moon. We sit in silence and then speak, our voices forming chaotic symphonies. Blooming sisterhood and nurturing solitude, are both given space by the natural world.
